I frequented this bar last year but only because I had an EX who was part of the entire PARTEE scene. He tried to hide it, said he'll stop, lied about it, I should have known better than to believe him. Long story short I broke up with him. GV is yes, short for good vibes. Do you know what vibes is short for? It is short for vibrations.
Good vibrations as a figure of speech was popularized by Mark Wahlberg in his song of the same title ("Good Vibrations" baka di mo makuha) when he was still Marky Mark. It is used in many a ways but never about being high on drugs or specifically of ecstasy.
You obviously do not know this kaya you just made a meaning up to custom-fit it to your intentions, which are definitely BV... Bad Vibrations...
